4 Weeks {tomorrow}

In full disclosure, this was meant to be the 3 week post, but that just didn't materialize. Henry is almost four weeks. On one hand I can't believe he is already four weeks old and on the other I feel like he has been a part of our family forever. Here are a few little tid bits about Henry thus far:

• At his two week doctor's appointment, he was already up to 9 lbs. 14 oz., which means after losing a little weight post birth, he gained back almost 10 oz. in a week. I am guessing he is somewhere between 10 and 11 pounds at this point.
• He is a little chunk. He already has little thigh rolls and rubber band wrists. I love it.
• He is a pretty chill little guy. Besides being a little fussy in the evening sometimes, he really only cries when he wants something or doesn't like something.
• He is a champion nurser, but gets a little distracted by big brother from time to time.
• He is becoming more alert and looks around with his beautiful blue eyes.
• After comparing pictures of Ollie at this age, we have come to the conclusion that they look very similar, Henry is just a fatter, hairier version.
• He tolerates "Ollie noise" very well and isn't phased by the screaming etc.
• He loves motion. He likes the swing, stroller, and being in the ERGO until he gets too hot, which he does not like.
• He hates having a poopy diaper and will let you know all about it.
• He is already growing out of some of his 0-3 month clothes. He is pretty much rocking 3-6 month clothes already.
• He is sleeping pretty well at night, usually sleeping anywhere between 3 and 4 1/2 hours at a time. So we usually go to bed around 10 pm and are up between 1:00 am and 3:00 am and then up again between 5:00 and 6:30 am. Not too bad. So far.
• He has graced us with a few smiles, which are the best.
